Experienced Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Excavator Operator to work on a variety of heavy civil and site construction projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform trenching, grading, digging, loading, and site preparation
- Read grade stakes, plans, and utility markings
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with foremen, laborers, and project managers
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Assist with general site work as needed
Qualifications
- Previous excavator operating experience required
- Experience in underground utilities, earthwork, or road construction preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
- Strong work ethic and attendance record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor when needed
Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must be able to work flexible hours
Excellent wages ($34.00-$35.00 per hour) and $22.45 per hour fringe (Goes towards Health Insurance Premiums paid 100% & Pension)
