Border States Paving, Inc., a family owned, regional paving company with headquarters in Fargo, ND, is accepting applications to fill the position of an Office Administrator.
Perform front office activities that support the executive and management team which may include some of all the following: President, Vice President, CFO, HR Manager, Project Managers, or other team members assigned.
Duties include: answering phone calls, greeting the public, handling flow of correspondence, requisition and maintenance of supplies, filing, composing and word processing documents and correspondence, scheduling meetings, performing data entry and creating and maintaining records to ensure efficient business operations. The highest quality of workmanship is expected in assigned duties while working in a safe, productive and professional manner.

Experience: An Associate degree in accounting or HS diploma with two plus years of accounting related experience preferred. Excellent time management and organization, and strong investigation skills. Strong skills in attention to detail and follow-up. Strong computer/software skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 DOE
